Moore Development Management has been retained to provide strategic asset and development management services to Gloucestershire Airport, the UK's busiest general aviation airport.

The airport comprises a diverse property and aviation portfolio extending to approximately 350 acres of land strategically located between Gloucester and Cheltenham. The portfolio includes 250,000 sq ft of hangarage that is home to approximately 180 resident aircraft and 50 dynamic businesses employing a highly skilled workforce.

David comments, "Gloucestershire Airport has invested heavily in its infrastructure over the last few years including resurfacing its main runway and servicing 14 acres of employment land, known as CGX Connect.
